More about cultures and money

Apparently the mother ship has decided that we're growing enough bacteria fast enough and well enough to deserve a nice Christmas bonus. I was blown away, as I've never found an employer as willing to reward hard work as my present one. There really is a Santa out there, apparently, this year.

Work has been incredibly busy, with the onset of respiratory season and winter, and shows no sign of letting up in volume. There is barely time to breathe on culture station, as specimens arrive by the bagful all day long. While it is somewhat exhausting, the reality is that I have job security, for which I am extremely thankful.

Apparently Robert Novak is worried about Dean

Robert Novak: Dean's urban legend

In order to post something like this, Novak must be worried that Dean has a shred of a chance. It will be interesting to see what comes down the pike if Dean wins the nomination.
